Departure Services Program
The goal of this program is to help the assignee efficiently return to their home country or transition to a new host country. Towards the end of an assignment, there are crucial tasks to wrap up before departure. The BossRelo service package includes assistance in completing and closing the lease, tracking deposit recovery, and facilitating the property handover through a detailed walkthrough.
This ensures that the assignee is not held accountable for inaccurate dilapidation claims, allowing them to retain as much of the security deposit as possible. It's crucial to address these services early in the process for a cost-effective program and to ensure the maximum return of deposits.
Program Includes:
- Evaluate and offer guidance to the assignee regarding lease termination obligations and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication between the assignee and the landlord to ensure a proper departure closure.
- Negotiate with the landlord for the return of the deposit and address any overpaid rent, if applicable.
- Oversee additional exit formalities, encompassing temporary accommodation arrangements if necessary, lease closures, deposit refunds, utility disconnections, bank account closures, contract terminations, and move-out assistance.
- Conduct accompanied move-out inspections, inventory assessments, and dilapidations negotiations.
